Ordering

How do I know which mug to pick?

Each product page lists the capacity, the material and the colour. Stoneware feels sturdy and substantial, porcelain is thinner and lighter, and ceramic is smooth and glossy. If you are unsure, email contact@doyas.shop and we will help.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible with your order number. If it has not been dispatched we can usually change or cancel it. After dispatch you can return it under our 30-day returns policy.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by card and by the wallets shown at checkout. Payment is processed over an encrypted connection and we never see or store your full card details.

Delivery

Where do you deliver and how long does it take?

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Orders ship from France with DHL. Allow 3 to 6 business days in total: 1 to 2 business days to prepare your order, then 2 to 4 business days in transit. Full details are in our shipping policy.

Is delivery really free? Any VAT or import charges?

All prices include VAT. Delivery is free and we pay all UK import VAT, duties and customs fees, so there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.

My mug arrived broken. What now?

Send us a photo of the mug and the packaging within 7 days of delivery. We send a replacement or refund you, and you do not need to send the broken mug back.

Returns

Can I return a mug I do not want?

Yes. You can return any mug within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. Email us, we send a free prepaid return label, and we refund you within 14 days of receiving the parcel. See returns and refunds.
